The Great Kabab Factory Bangkok

Located in the business district of Bangkok, Thailand, The Great Kabab Factory is one of the authentic Indian restaurants I would recommend. I don't know about you, but I love eating spicy food (maybe not too spicy lol)! Though Indian food can be a bit oily, once in a while, we gotta treat our palettes with what we are craving for, right?

A PUNCH OF FLAVORFUL BITE

Some may think that Indian is only famous for their signature curry dish, or rotee (roti) as I have seen quite a lot in Bangkok. However, the menu is more variety than those. When I was in Manchester, there was a night out when I went to the Indian buffet with a great friend (s) of mine. It was a luxury hotel, which provides an amazing Indian banquet(buffet). ALL YOU CAN EAT! It was actually my very first time (after 10 years) that I had an Indian cuisine. I tried so many things that my stomach was stuffed such as deep fried vegetable, rice, curry, etc. Oh yes! The mango smoothie was absolutely my fave of that night. I knew it was very sweet and contained a high level of sugar which my mom would scream, but it tasted good af! Here, The Great Kebab factory serves both non-vegetarian menu and vegan selection for those who do not prefer meat. Though my appetizer was a vegan wrap, it was so flavorful! The combination of crunchy wrap and savory stuffed vegetables was amazing. (That green sauce was a mint one)

A SIGNATURE KABAB OR INDIAN FOIE GRAS

Do you like lamb? If the answer is yes, then you can't miss this signature kabab ' Galouti Kabab' It was made of finely minced lamb, mixed with Indian spices and cooked on Mahi Tawa ( I need to do a research on this!
) I was told it was similar to Foie Gras, it was actually tasted good. Besides, they served rotee with chicken curry as well. The chicken was very tender and it was very (very) delicious.

GULAB JAMUN

If you hate the sweet stuff, this one might not be good for your tongue. Gulab Jamun, a signature Indian dessert, which tastes very sweet! This traditional Indian dessert serves in a spongy ball (a dough) soaked in rose scented syrup (very aromatic). Normally, you have to eat the dough together with the syrup in order to get the most out of it, however, I prefer to eat only the spongy ball since the syrup may be too much for me. You can actually taste the sweetness of the ball already, so no need to add more syrup if you don't want it to be too sweet.
