D' ark is located in the heart of Bangkok, which is the perfect spot for a great dining experience with friends, family and colleagues. Though EmQuatier might not be known for its dining selections, the restaurants are hip enough to get a selfie. For D' ark, I would rate 4/5 The food was delicious, but the Eggs Benedict was a little under seasoning. Overall, I was fully satisfied with the service.
SALMON EGGS BENEDICT
As some of you may know, I am a fan of the Egg Benedict. Not only brunch, I can literally have it for dinner also. It looks like a simple menu, but I can guarantee that it would take a 100% of effort to create such a divine dish like this. I tried following the recipe once, when I was a blogger based in Manchester, and I succeeded. Had never thought it required a lot of ingredients, but it did! However, in general, the superstar of the dish is obviously the 'poached egg' If it is not oozing out when piercing or cutting the egg in a half, it is not the perfect Egg Benedict.

There was only one thing that got me a bit disappointed, the Hollandaise sauce was a little bit under seasoning. Personally, I prefer a rich and creamy sauce, while this one was quite runny. The smoked salmon was great, and baked Brioche bun was soft.

CHICKEN SCHNITZEL
I think this was my most favorite of the night. The buttermilk fried chicken was crispy, added with the perfect combinations of the potato and oven roasted beetroot.

MEAT BALLS SPAGHETTI
I love eating noodle and pasta, and this one was delicious.
The spicy tomato sauce was mildly hot and flavorful.
อย่าเพิ่งงงว่าทำไมแฟชั่นบล็อกเกอร์มารีวีวอาหารเพราะจริงๆแล้วแก้วทำ Food review อยู่อีก section นึงใครสนใจลองเข้าไปชมไปอ่านได้ที่ Food Review แต่ในครั้งนี้ใครที่ยังไม่เคยลอง D'ark ที่เอมควอเทียร์นี่ต้องลองไปนะเพราะที่ร้านนอกจากจะบรรยากาศดีแล้วอาหารก็อร่อยด้วย วันนั้นแก้วไปกับเพื่อนอีกสองคนและเราก็ออเดอร์อาหารทั้งหมด 3 อย่างได้แก่ Eggs Benedict Chicken Schnitzel แล้วก็ Pasta แต่จานที่แก้วชอบมากที่สุดก็คงจะเป็นจานไก่ที่ทอดกรอบเสริฟพร้อมกับมันฝรั่งและบีทรูท คือรสชาติจะไม่ได้จัดจ้านสไตล์คนไทยแต่ออกจะเป็นแนว fusion ที่เหมาะกับทั้งคนไทยและฝรั่ง จริงๆ Eggs Benedict เป็นเมนูโปรดของแก้วอยู่แล้วที่ที่นี่อาจจะปรุงจืดไปนิดนึง คือแก้วอาจจะชอบซอสในสไตล์แบบเข้มข้นกว่านี้ดังนั้นจานนี้เลยยังไม่ค่อยถูกใจเท่าไหร แต่ว่าแซลมอนอร่อยคะ ขนมปังก็นุ่มดี ราคาไม่ถูกแต่ก้ไม่ได้สูงมากจนแตะไม่ได้ ถ้ามาหลายๆคนก็โอเคอยู่ ราคาเทียบเท่ากับร้านอาหารอื่นในห้างทั่วๆไปค่ะ
