Fashion Jobs (How Each Position Works?)

With 4 years experience in a fashion industry, my life is not just about being a Bangkok based Thai fashion blogger, or Manchester blogger (though I really want to make money 24/7 from it!) I have had other experiences related to the fashion industry too. Thanks to those days because it made me realize how much I hate the office job, and I am not looking forward to any types of dull laptop moment in the future.
We are so lucky to have the social media which is one of my interesting fields, and I wouldn't mind working around the platforms, and the social marketing strategies. I have received several questions regarding what I did in the past and what kind of fashion jobs I did? Here I just can't wait to share my previous experience with you. Yet, if you have LinkedIn, please stay connected!

CONTENT WRITER

Apart from being a contributor for the websites/blogs out there, I was a content writer for one of the renowned online shopping retailers in Bangkok, Thailand. My duty? Went to the office at 9 a.m., wrote the description of the products, finished work at 7 p.m., then back home. I am not gonna lie, but it was pretty boring indeed. Life was nothing but the laptop and clothes. You see the product's description of ASOS, Missguided, etc? Yes, my role was similar. Every day, I received the lists of the products needed to go online, and started writing from the very first one. Luckily, I had a really good team at work, so working with people was quite fun because they were hilarious. The job? Meh.

FASHION ASSISTANT

I think this's one of my favourite positions because the journey of The Equinox Fashion has started from the moment I finished this role.
As mentioned that I worked with Fashion Studio Magazine, the online destination for the fashion lovers! I took all the responsibilities for the fashion scene in Bangkok, Thailand, also I had a lot of opportunities to attend the fashion event! I prepared the content of all the fashion events that happened in Bangkok, then contacted the brands to review the collections/stores. It was the very first time I participated in the fashion event by myself, and I was really excited! Basically, it was similar to the magazine writer role. I went to the event, and wrote about it.

BLOG/WEBSITE CONTRIBUTOR

Well, this's pretty much the same as blogging we do. What I did was updating the content in a specific time, also planning the content and proof reading. I think the most challenging part was how to create the interesting contents to attract the audiences.

Are you working in the fashion industry? Which position would you like to do?
