
"Does she really use the product like she posted on Instagram?" This is one of the normal questions we all have these days, whether bloggers use the products, or just being paid for shouting out. However, it has been almost a week of my whey protein journey with a fellow Manchester based Nutribuddy. In this case, I can 100% guarantee that I have been trying this Sculpting Whey, and Multivitamins. In order to stay healthy, I am quite strict with foods, vitamins, as well as, a gym routine. In order to lose weight, while building fit&firm body, I have promised myself to work out more often and give Nutribuddy a try.
HEALTHY VANILLA SHAKES TO BOOST METABOLISM

First of all, I had never tried the whey protein before, since I have already taken Amway green tea powder, providing essential proteins for building and repairing the body. I have trusted this brand for more than 10 years because it has obviously improved my immune system as it can be seen that my sinus has completely gone. However, I am in love with Nutribuddy sculpting whey too! Though, some may think that the whey protein is only for building the muscle, this bag of protein consists of green tea, guaranna and chromium which help in weight loss. As well as, other ingredients which boost the metabolism and fat burning. (Green Tea- boost metabolism/ Whey protein- boost metabolism & suppress appetite/ Guarana- burn fat/ Chromium- burn fat)
HOW TO USE IT?
Personally, I prefer drinking it as a milkshake. Simply take 1 big scoop, mix with milk (or water), and that's it (once a day is more than enough). It was alright to mix with water, but I think milk offers a better taste. It is like a vanilla milkshake, which is sweet and easy to drink. It can be used as a meal replacement, however, I still get hungry after a few hours. Hence, I wouldn't recommend skipping lunch or dinner.


DOES IT REALLY CURB THE HUNGER?
YES, it does! Although, I feel hungry, I have noticed that I can't finish what I eat like I used to (which is pretty good!). My stomach is filled faster, and I do not have to stuff everything in my mouth anymore. I love consuming lots of carb, especially rice, so it is very helpful in terms of controlling my hunger. I do not want to see the excess amount of carb left in the body turns into unwanted tummy. I gain chubby very easily, so whenever I feel like I have to lose weight, it is necessary to cut down on this thing.

Some other vitamins I have taken are Multivitamins, which keeps the body strong and healthy. Others are Vitamin C, Blueberries, and Garlic.
