How to Engage Your Readers

For me, readers are more than just random people who read my blog, but they are the community who share the similar interest. I am not a celebrity, nor the famous human on earth, but I do admire my community which has motivated me, as well as, adhered with The Equinox Fashion up until now. I have received a lot of questions from other bloggers in terms of how to engage the readers, and my answer is always being "I stay connected with them in almost every way" Blog wouldn't be a blog without readers, and success wouldn't become the success without people who support us.

AGREE & DISAGREE COMMENTS

Of course, there always be readers who agree and disagree with what we have written, however, it shows that they actually read our blogs. Remember that there's nothing personal about the comments, and we shouldn't judge others from those disagreement opinions. As some of us notice that I love writing about life, also how I see the fashion industry and social media, so obviously there's gotta be people who like and dislike my words. Some feel angry when people make a bad comments on their posts, or some can't seem to find a peaceful mind when they read what they do not want to hear. However, 'I LOVE IT'

It proves that my the readers are showing their real opinions, and this is literally how I engage with my readers! I love producing the posts that ask the audiences what and how they think. I don't really mind reading -/+ comments since it makes me feel good at interacting with others.

CONSTANTLY ENGAGEMENT

I have never stopped commenting on my fellow readers. I read every week in order to update what's going on with their lives, etc. In other words, it shows our supports to one another too! Only 5% that I may have missed some of the posts, but I constantly visit their websites.

I have never commented once, and disappeared since it is not what I want. I would feel sad if someone just comes and go because this is the community we all in, and I want to continue building our online platform where all of us can talk and discover the new people, and new things.

DON'T ACT LIKE A SPAM

Comment with genuine feelings, and opinions, not just write for f***traffic sake. Some people only write the same comments over and over again, with the hope of 'notice me!' No, don't do that! It discourages the writers somehow. Sometimes, when I read those comments, I always wonder if the contents I have developed are not interesting or something. I think we all put so much effort in this blogosphere, so it would be better if we can encourage each other. I know there's always be a situation when we don't know how to comment when the contents are wrote in a different language, at least think of something.
