If you ever have a chance to visit Shibuya, Tokyo, Last Chiffon is where you have to go (100% MUST!) Especially, if you are a chiffon lover. As The Equinox Fashion food review section has continually grown, I had an opportunity to taste these well-known chiffon dishes last Saturday when I was doing the photo shoot in Tokyo. FYI, you shouldn't eat anything before you go to this place, because the chiffon is MASSIVE (and I just couldn't stuff everything eventually!) What we ordered was the Banana Chocolate and Mixed fruits ones, both were made for two different tastes.
The first thing I did before eating was (taking loads of photos and) sniffing the dish (I know it's weird) And all I could smell was a glimpse of the butter combined with that nostalgic chocolate scent, which I love (obviously) It was served with the whipped cream on top, plus the tiny pieces of chocolate and bananas. I think, somehow everything was served in a very well-balanced, because the sweetness of the chocolate was not that overpowering anything else. Besides, I could taste a little bit of salty (from the butter) So, everything was pretty much going well together.
But the most important thing was that the texture of the chiffon was incredibly SOFT! Especially, it was newly made, so it was FRESH and delicious.
However, if you love eating fruits, I would totally recommend the mixed fruits like what my friend ordered. The fruits were a small piece of kiwi, berry, orange, strawberry, and banana. Likewise, it was served with the whipped cream on top! If you prefer something light with the combination of sweet & sour taste, this one probably is the right choice for your palette.
In fact, I had such a great time eating the chiffon, because the location was right in the Shibuya section. I love the big city life, so it was such a pleasant hour in Tokyo. Just looking at the people at the crossroad, the cars driving by, and the weather was not that heated up, could I just live in Japan forever? You know, a great food + Insta worthy + amazing company = #perfectlife
สำหรับใครที่เป็นแฟนชิฟฟอนต้องที่นี่เลย Last Chiffon ร้านชิฟฟอนสุดฮอทที่ชิบุยะค่ะ จริงๆ นอกจากแก้วจะเป็นแฟชั่นบล็อกเกอร์รวมถึงบล็อกเกอร์ท่องเที่ยวของ The Equinox Fashion แล้ว แก้วก็ทำพวกรีวีวอาหารด้วยนะ งานนี้แก้วได้มีโอกาสไปชิมชิฟฟอนที่เค้าร่ำลือกันว่าต้องไปให้ได้มาแล้ว บอกเลยว่าไม่ผิดหวังจริงๆ เพราะเนื้อชิฟฟอนนั้นนิ่มมากกกกกกก อีกอย่างเค้าทำกันแบบใหม่ๆ จากเตาอบ ดังนั้นเรื่องความสดนั้นยกให้เป็นที่่หนึ่งเลยค่ะ สำหรับเมนูที่แก้วเลือกจะเป็น Banana Chocolate ส่วนเพื่อนแก้วเลือกเมนูแบบ mixed fruits ซึ่งถือว่าอร่อยคนละแบบ ถ้าใครที่ชอบทานช็อกโกแล็ตบอกได้เลยว่าอร่อยมากเพราะว่ารสชาติมันไม่เลี่ยนจนเกินไป แถมผลไม้ที่เป็นท้อปปิ้งก็สดนะ จริงๆ จานนึงกินได้สองคนค่ะ เพราะว่ามันใหญ่จริง ถ้าใครได้มีโอกาสไปโตเกียวต้องลองแวะไปนะคะที่ Last Chiffon งานนี้ไม่ผิดหวังค่ะ
