Wearing comfortable gym clothes is good for the body. Why? The stretchy material helps our blood circulation flow effectively. Some may think that any clothes would do, however, I have had the bad experience of purchasing low-price with poor quality gym gear. Cheap sport shoes? Cheap yoga leggings? A pair of too small trainers? You name it, I have tried them all. Though, I had realized that the size was a bit small, still convinced myself to purchase because I loved the model (with the hope that the shoes would enlarge after a few uses lol). Those unsatisfying moments got me decided that it is better to invest money on the right products, not considering brands, only quality.
PINK SODA SPORT
I am not getting paid for this, so don't get me wrong, but I truly impressed by the quality of Pink Soda Sport. I have worn Pink Soda Sport leggings several times, and I am still in love. However, these baggy pants and colourful crop-topped are my fave too! They are my jogging BFF.

As stated on The Equinox Fashion that working out has helped me gain the body confident, therefore it is important for me to wear the most comfortable gymwear whenever I exercise. Once, I wore (too) tight leggings to the gym, and it was the worst nightmare to my movement. It was not easy to bend the knees, or even do the leg activities because the fabric was not really flexible enough. I could tell that my bottom part was suffering, and it wasn't good to feel that way. In my opinion, choosing the right fit athletic pieces can boost both confident, as well as, physical stamina.
I love wearing baggy sporty trousers because they are comfortable and suit in every type of sport, except Yoga. I wore them with the two-toned sleeveless top, and the favourite Clarks shoes. It was cold (obviously it's Winter) but either working out indoor or outdoor was still necessary for my health. Trust me, I kept cursing the weather right after I took off the wind-proof Adidas jacket. It was a torturing moment, but I couldn't be bothered wearing the outwear when I was running.
